Terms of service

OfferProbe is built and operated by the OfferProbe team (“we”). You can reach us at [email protected]. By creating an account, running a test or paying for a plan you accept these terms.

OfferProbe opens an affiliate or tracking link you submit in a real browser, through a proxy in the country, carrier and device you choose, follows every redirect and reports where the link lands, with screenshots, the redirect chain and a verdict against the destination you expected. It is a testing tool for marketers and networks who need to know what a visitor really reaches.

You need an account for anything beyond the free tests on the start page. Keep your password and API keys secret; everything done with your keys counts as done by you. Free tests are limited per visitor and per day, run in the basic mode and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions at the prices on the pricing page, in US dollars. Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) as the merchant of record; Creem issues your receipt, handles applicable taxes and its buyer terms apply to the payment itself. A subscription renews every month until you cancel it from your billing page; cancelling stops the next charge and your plan runs until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

Each plan includes a number of tests per month and a number of tests that may run at the same time. Tests that fail on our side, or end without a usable result, do not count. Unused tests do not carry over.

Only submit links you are entitled to test: your own campaigns, offers you run or are asked to verify, and pages whose owners permit it. You may not use the service to attack, overload or scrape a website, to evade its security, to test content that is illegal where you or we operate, or to resell our results as your own service without agreement. We visit the pages you submit through third-party networks on your instruction, so you are responsible for what you ask us to open. We may rate-limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we refund nothing for use we had to stop.

A verdict is our best reading of what a browser reached at that moment from that exit. Sites change, cloakers adapt and networks route differently, so results are provided as they are, without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability. Decisions you take from a result are yours. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or campaigns.

The links you submit, the results and screenshots we produce for you, and your account details are handled as described in the privacy policy. Results are kept for the history period of your plan and then deleted. You keep all rights to your links and campaigns; you give us the right to fetch and store what is needed to run your tests and show you the results.

We may change these terms; the date above tells you when. A change that affects a paid plan is announced by email before it applies. You can end the agreement at any time by cancelling your plan and asking us to delete your account. We may end it with notice, or at once for a breach of the acceptable-use rules. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to consumer rights that apply where you live.
